Our Story

Andrew and Louise had always loved to bake together. They met in their first year of apprenticeship at a bakery in Mt Eliza, and soon discovered they shared a love for creating delicious treats. When they opened Skipton Street Bakery together in 2008, they knew they had something special.

The bakery became a local favourite, thanks to Andrew and Louise's amazing breads and cakes. They were able to cater for all budgets and dietary requirements, which made them popular with locals and tourists alike.

Every day, Andrew and Louise put their heart into their baking. It was more than just a job to them - it was a passion. And the locals could see that, which is why they kept coming back for more!
